Taileah J. Hunter, P.E., is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of TJ Hunter Engineering, Inc., a Dallas-based civil and transportation engineering firm she established in 2020. A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 15 years of industry experience. Her expertise spans highway design, drainage, rail and transit, traffic engineering, utilities, and civil site development — disciplines that define TJHE's core service offerings and are backed by a team with more than 20 years of collective TxDOT experience. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a multi-state practice with offices in Dallas, Oregon, and Washington.

Since our founding in 2020, TJ Hunter Engineering (our team) has built a strong reputation for delivering transportation and infrastructure engineering solutions that meet the evolving needs of public agencies, prime consultants, contractors, and private clients. From roadway design and traffic engineering to civil site development and construction support, we approach every project with technical expertise, responsive communication, and a commitment to delivering practical solutions.
